Not able to upgrade from EasyDiscuss 4.08 to EasyDiscuss 4.10 directly from EasyDiscuss Component

Not able to upgrade from EasyDiscuss 4.08 to EasyDiscuss 4.10 directly from EasyDiscuss Component

I found out there is a issue as it show the following

Installed Version - 4.08
Latest Version - 4.10

I had to go Stackideas.com, login to the profile to download the installer to upgrade my Easydiscuss from 4.08 to 4.10.

Previous upgrade to 4.08 is able to installed directly from the EasyDiscuss Component with the need to go Stackideas.com to do it.

Is there a problem or issue that may caused this issue.
I am unable to get the screenshot from https://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/upgrades/upgrading-easyDiscuss-4

I had to manually upgrade from Stackideas.com website

Hi there,

Previous upgrade to 4.08 is able to installed directly from the EasyDiscuss Component with the need to go Stackideas.com to do it.

You have to download a new installer as we have made some modifications and restricted user from installed directly from our components. You have to download the components from our site first and install it for your site.

Now I know that there are changes being made!

I guess Stackideas need to inform users by email on this changes if not the forum would be flooded with the same questions again.

Actually, regarding this issues, we already informed the need of downloading a new installer to update/upgrade to latest version on our blog here --> https://stackideas.com/blog/easyblog-5-0-38-and-easydiscuss-4-0-9-updates

By the way, thanks for the ideas though . I will ask our developers whether it is possible to achieve this on future release.
