Hi

I am a little confused as to how my login system works, as I didn't build my website and the people who did, are unreachable, permanently.

So first I need to know if my login is done through JFBConnect or through Easy Social, I am asking you both to get some help.

So is the first attachment the login from Easy Social or JFBConnect?

When I try and enter a new user name and password into 'register' I get shown the second attachment at the top of the page

If I click on the joomla login button, I get the pop up in the third attachment, which is normal and I believe is a JFBConnect login screen, please correct me if I am wrong.

When I click on register I get the registration screen in the fourth attachment, again could someone tell me if this is an Easy social login screen or a JFBConnect screen?

So I fill in all the information, click register and I get the messages shown in the fifth attachment

So herein lies the problem.

I cannot get my users to register with my site unless they use the social media logins, which do all work perfectly, but I should be able to have a normal login as well.

Could someone please help me out here, I would really appreciate it and would like to get this sorted a soon as possible.

There must be something that has gone wrong because I didn't used to have this problem, but I also don't really know when it started.

I thank you all in advance.
Hey Alex,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

So is the first attachment the login from Easy Social or JFBConnect?

Actually both also same login in Joomla, just that Easysocial have provided a login page so user can login through in Easysocial, then another Jfbconnect integration is actually one of the 3rd party easier member signups and logging in and grows your community faster, if the user click social button like Facebook, it will trying to sign in via Facebook and it will create an account in Easysocial.

When I try and enter a new user name and password into 'register' I get shown the second attachment at the top of the page

The reason why you hitting this is because you have enabled mini registration for your site user and only assign 1 custom field shown on your mini registration. To fix this, you have to assign a few mandatory fields e.g. username, email address field from backend > Easysocial > profile type > select your profile type > custom field tab > edit e.g. username field > click view tab > Appear in Mini Registration - YES (check my screenshot below.)

If I click on the joomla login button, I get the pop up in the third attachment, which is normal and I believe is a JFBConnect login screen, please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, whenever you see there got social login button then it should be coming from JFBconnect.

When I click on register I get the registration screen in the fourth attachment, again could someone tell me if this is an Easy social login screen or a JFBConnect screen?

This one is Easysocial registration screen.
