Hello,

I get this error but there is no reason for it.
"Your current domain is not listed in our list of supported domains and you will not be able to utilize the versioning services. Please enter your domain name in your license area to be able to utilize our services
Running on an outdated version of EasySocial which may potentially be exploited by attackers. Please upgrade to the latest version the soonest possible."

Same issue al;so with EasyBlog.

I updated the API key.

WHERE DO I ENTER IT??

Regards,
Nev
Hello Nev,

Are you installing EasySocial on the site again? I am currently checking your site and it's interfering with my checks :|

Hello Nev,

I sincerely apologize for that, our scripts wasn't checking for your site correctly as there was some duplicate order from your account. I believe this could be caused by a very old order from your account but it is all good now.

Looking back at your account, you have been with us for so long! Thank you for being a loyal supporter and appreciate it very much!

There are two.

They are behind a temporary page whilst in dev.

https://bestsydney.com.au/

and https://tassiesecrets.com.au

Do you need Admin?

Hello Nev,

Each Pro license only entitles you to obtain support and service for 1 domain only. This is why you are getting those messages because the domain name bestsydney.com.au and tassiesecrets.com.au isn't part of your supported domain.

Please learn more about this from https://stackideas.com/forums/support-services-will-be-limited-to-your-supported-domain-only

We do allow subdomain development sites so you could have bestsydney.bestbluemountains.com and tassiesecrets.bestbluemountains.com

Hello Mark,

Thank you for the material .
I have just read it.
I do understand and I have no intention to abuse but I feel its important to keep dev sites updated until I launch.

I have them on their own domain.
Will the subdomain method work?

I plan to launch them next year and upgrade my plan accordingly once launched live.

Regards,
Nev

Yep, as long as your primary domain is bestbluemountains.com, both your subdomains under this main domain would work

Hm, sorry but not sure what do you mean. You just need to access those test sites under a subdomain. Example:

- bestsydney.bestbluemountains.com
- tassiesecrets.bestbluemountains.com

It's a different issue. Subdomains cannot be supported yet but as long as your site is on localhost / 127.0.0.1 it should work

Hello Nev,

Sorry I was wrong, the version info will only work for the domain you set in your license as of now. We are going to allow the use of subdomains soon.

Hi Mark,

Do you have an ETA for it to work with subdomains?
I just set it up but it fails.
However I'll leave it set up for now.
Looking forward to when its possible.
For now it's not critical and I'll keep developing.
Thanks for the update.

Hello Nev,

You could still continue developing but the quickest work around for you now, is to place it in a subfolder. Example:

http://bestbluemountains.com/bestsydney/
http://bestbluemountains.com/tassiesecrets/

This way, it would acknowledge that it is a test site.

By the way, those errors really don't mean any harm. Everything will work as usual except that you do not get the latest version information from our server.

Thanks for understanding Nev.
