You should not modify the css file directly because these files are core files that are replaced during upgrades. Instead, you should create a custom.css file as outlined in https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/templating/adding-custom-css-codes

P/S: Do remember to replace the protostar with your Joomla template folder.
