Hi,

I installed the mobile template today and I cannot get it to work. There were no installation instructions so I basically installed it like any other Joomla extension - is that correct?

It installed and enabled 3 files.

When I go to my website on a mobile device I get the error message:

Error - T3 Framework is not enabled

If I go to Administrator/Extensions/Manage and disable the 3 files my site works again.

I have updated the T3 Framework to latest version and made sure the plugin is definitely enabled and I have cleared site and browser cache. If I re-enable the components I get the error again.

Is there anything else I should try?

Kind regards

Mel

Yes, that is correct.

May i know which 3 files you enabled?

Error - T3 Framework is not enabled

Do you mean when you enabled those 3 files then causing this error when you trying to access your site?

Is it possible unblock your Joomla login user so we can able to replicate this issue?

Hi Arlex,

so sorry for delay. The 3 files are just the files that your app installs I think - when I checked in Extensions - Manage and filter on mobile those 3 files for ES mobile are enabled.

I will get back to you soon as i can sort out access.

Hello Mel,

When you install this template, it actually installs a mobile template and a plugin. This plugin is responsible to automatically render the mobile template when you are visiting the site with a mobile device.
