Why when I mention someone in a comment on a post it only allows me to do it once? I have tried replying to a comment and mentioning them but it doesn't work...

Also how do I turn on the ability to mention non friends?

It is not possible to achieve this unless you disabled this settings http://take.ms/O70Zd

Please advice.

Are we able to customise the option to be able to mention registered users, not just friends?
