Yes, the page has been customized.

Please be aware of that the function that I am asking about is regarding the module "EasySocial Dropdown Menu".

The only customization done on that module is CSS, plain and pure. My question still remains why it works on some parts and not the others. - Let me know if you want me to remove the CSS customization that I've done.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.I have tried to access your site, it seems like is was down for maintenance. In what I can clarify here, there is some template issue that caused the dropdown menu cannot be work. Can you consult this issue with your template provider ?
