A couple of things here.

NEW SITE IS ANXIETYUNITED.COM and I need to update with you somewhere.

I recently changed my domain from .co.uk to .com to enable the growth of my non-profit network. Unfortunately I have now come across an issue with the new domain.

1 - When trying to access Easy Social in the back end of my non-profit website, it is taking me directly to the updating screen. I am unable to access my Easy Social admin area.

2 - Having purchased the EasySocial Bundle with easyblog and easydiscuss, i see that both the former pieces are software are still under an active subscription, by my easy social has expired. This is a really cheeky move by stackideas, I had no idea that this subscription was on a different timescale.

3 - I am assuming that I am unable to carry out this update on my website because of my subscription ending on easy social, but i am now stuck in the updating area on my site. Every link i click in my joomla admin area for the easy social component is taking me to the updater. Which when I try to click proceed, I am getting a MD5 hash error saying that it doesnt match. I understand that the md5 hash is probably linking to my older domain.

Now I am stuck with a non profit site, which we already paid out for easy social in the first place having broke our budget, not being able to operate properly.

Can someone please offer some kind of help to either get us updated, or fix this admin area issue.

Regards
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've checked with your order reference, for the Easysocial license only Support & Updates (6 months periods), which expired at 25th Apr, 2016, It would be best if you can buy another new license for Easysocial in order to get support for your another non-profile site.

By the way, may i know what installation method you install in your site? If you using launcher you will hit that error is because system detected your Easysocial license already expired, so the installation will failed.

If you have full Easysocial installer file, try upload through your Joomla installer page and choose second install via directory method, it should work.
