Hi Troy,

The login credentials is working now, and I already view this page for the dropdown sample to match with: http://alterego-of-pwi.info/news/featured

But I still don't get it where did you plan to replicate this dropdown menu design to?

Please advice, thank you.

I can't access http://alterego-of-pwi.info/index.php?option=com_easysocial but if I try to access http://dev.alterego-of-pwi.info/index.php?option=com_easysocial, the login you provide does not work.

Anyway, looking at your current dropdown, it does seem like it requires a specific class to be applied and unfortunately we do not provide support for customizations as outlined in our support policy at http://stackideas.com/support

The most I can do for you is to provide you the path to the file which is located in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/ . Take a look at these files here.

Mark, i'm not very happy with your support. of course you can't access easysocial on the live site!!! and the login was somehow changed to my username here... its been fixed...
wireframing would be a great start.. IF IT WORKED.. themeing is NOT working on the site.

Hello Troy,

It looks like the profile type has been configured to use the "wireframe" theme as mentioned in my reply earlier (from one of your other post), you need to change it to "Dark". I have changed this to dark and it works fine now. Anyway, I don't really understand what are you not happy with?

We have provided support and requested for the back end access but you have provided and invalid access. Therefore we asked for the access again. I don't see what is wrong here, honestly.

I am really sorry if you are unhappy with our support but clearly, there's nothing wrong here as everything has been stated clearly in our support policy at http://stackideas.com/support . If you are unsatisfied with this support policy, please feel free to opt for a refund and we'll refund your money

I have just checked this with our marketing person and it looks like you are holding a sponsored license instead of a paid license so I am not too sure how would a refund work but I'll discuss this with the marketing team tomorrow.

I'm not asking for a refund, nor do I want one. Lets try to start over...

WOW, idk what you did, cause honestly I switched it at least 10x w/o it changing.. IT NICE now.. a few minor changes need to be made ( i dont like the slate gray text ) but a simple .css override should fix that.

Actually if you check the 1st post its correct there... apparently a bug(?) , feature(?) of discuss causes it to set the site username to my login name by default each time I make a post. I don't check it each time because I expected the thread to keep it. If that makes sense.

Nope, not interested in refund. We're just starting our relationship. Hopefully it will get/stay better. Obviously you and I were not communicating with each other thoroughly.
I expect some issues with a new app, as I'm sure Ahmed did when this was set up.
what I was trying to get was the proper class's that needed modifying as I was having trouble tracking them down. Wasn't really trying to get you to "code my site" I assumed by showing you a pic you'd be able to easily do so since you know the code.
