Lost user points after update

I went through a few step upgrade yesterday. I had to uninstall ED 2.0.3945 in order to upgrade to ED 3.0.8598 and then perform the upgrade to 3.2.9304

Shortly thereafter, the users began noticing that their ranks were all reset. The badges remained, but the points are all reset. Is there a way to get them back?

Is it possible provide us with your PHPmyadmin access so we can take a look at here? Please advise.

sorry, I have admin folder security. I have temporarily disabled it. You can access now.

Hello Kane,

It seems like the point already reset, unfortunately that is no other way to get them back.
You have to manually to add back the point to the user from their user account from Easydiscuss.

If I have a backup is there a way to import it into the database?

I really don't want to have to dig through the logs of each user action and tally them.

Sorry for late reply to this,
Great Is it possible put your Easydiscuss 2.0 backup sql dump file in your FTP Joomla root folder, example : put the sql dump file at temp folder
Also you have to provide us with your phpmyadmin access, so we can help you import the user point manually in your phpmyadmin,
