I'm not really sure what device that you are view as per your screenshot above, as if you're access it using mobile it will render as mobile view eg: http://take.ms/Vgll9 where the badges stream item still shows fine and not too squeezed.

Do you mean the source code for the stream preview? It is located in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/streams/badges/preview.php
