Hello Stack Ideas,

I have read some other form post about emails going out stating a new blog has been published, where there is no unsubscribe link. This seems to be due to the option in backend being selected to mail all users.

I have turned this off and it appears now that the emails still don't have an unsubscribe button.

Thanks
Justin
This is most likely a bug in the older version of EasyBlog. I would suggest that you upgrade to the latest version of EasyBlog and give this a try again.

P/S: We have now restricted the number of domains that one can receive support for the Developer plan. Developer plans will entitle to get support for 5 domains only. You should add the necessary domains into your license area.

Hello Mark,

I will be updating this and checking again. Also is there a higher tier so we can include all of our domains?

Hey Chris,

How many domains do you need support with?

Actually, it could be 500+ domains. We launch about 10-15 sites every month. We know we are a little outside of the box because a couple hundred of our clients use EasyBlog, and we push content to it every week from our own system.

My concern is the autoposting issues - it seems like more often than not, we can't set up autoposting. We make a ticket, and you guys fix it, but we don't know if we are doing something wrong, or if something is just broken and being patched on your end. If it just worked the way it should, we wouldn't need to put in support for all of those.

Hey Chris,

I have just discussed this with some of our key support guys who have been assisting you with your autoposting issues. It seems like most of them are actually configuration related issues on your Facebook / Twitter / Linkedin app.

This is not something that is within our control as these are being controlled by the respective sites.

500 domains for support is just too unjustified to be honest. Can you please write to us at https://crm.stackideas.com and we'll try to work something out that would be fair for you and us?

Hello Mark,

Can you tell us what we are configuring wrong? We are following your documentation.

Some of them are due to legacy apps because Facebook have been updating their app's policy and it is very erratic as it is not always the same issue.

At times, we had to re-create the app so it really depends

We're following your instructions exactly how it is in your documentation. Can you be more specific? We'll gladly adjust our processes so this works every time, but it seems random.

We are doing exactly as what we mentioned in the documentation. There are times where we have no answers at all because this is all beyond our control. The only way is for us to re-create the app and re-integrate again.
