Is there a way to control Photo Download in Photo Album?

Quick question and I just thought of it.

I don't remember seeing a config option for this but I thought I'd rather ask

I was just researching on Photography community and I have not seen any nice looking community website and thought of EasySocial + EasyBlog + EasyDiscuss will make a cool Photography Community site. But I'm concern about Photo download ACL.

Sorry for late reply to this,
If I'm not getting wrong your meaning here, do you want to restrict your user group user can't able to upload photo in album?
If yes, that was possible to do it, you can set from your Easysocial > Profile types > select your profile types > Access tab > Albums/Photo configuration setting
If you're not referring this, can you elaborate more details regarding with your requirement here? Please advise.
