Payplans Skip Free invoice plugin only skip Invoice checkout screen for free plan.

PayPlans Basic structure is based on subscription which must have an invoice irrespective of price. So If you just want that invoice of 0 amount also not get created then its not possible in PayPlans because invoice is a required entity for PayPlans.

Currently there is no functionality to change invoice serial number in payplans.
If you want to change them then you need to write the script or can change from database.
