1. I noticed you have a third part app "InviteX" for EasySocial. EasySocial can invite too but I'm wondering if you have tested this and it is something would be an added feature or would it be redundant? The testimonial was not good but they have new version released since then.

To be honest we do not tested this third party app InviteX and according to the feature that has listed in the app description some of the feature was not available in EasySocial, it was more powerful invitation system i would say. However, it could be best you can contact with them directly regarding this and check with them if the app was compatible with the latest EasySocial 2.1.x or not because it the compatibility section there is only show up to version 2.0.x

2. Also, if I configure EasySocial with S3 is there any benefits in performance as my Hosting is on SiteGround and not sure of the advantages?

As you setup s3 storage it would not effect the performance as much, as if you do the cron job as well
