It seems nothing is being emailed out. No invites or notifications
Can you update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

Hi there,

I can see that you have included those details on your site informations but it seems that we dont have this https://take.ms/HTshK access right now. Can you provide us with those access so that we can further check them ?

By the way, do update us once you submitted them so that we will get notified and we can start to check them.

Hi there,

I have tested them out and it seems that i get those emails as you can see here https://take.ms/bL5Zx. May i know that you have setup cronjobs for your site?

You can refer them here https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/cronjobs/godaddy-cronjobs on how to setup them. If you have done them, can you provide with Godaddy access so that we can further check this issues? Can you provide those URL for the server so that we can further check this issues?

Hi there,

Currently, i am not really sure exactly those commands for Godaddy as i tried to apply them and still those crons not executed. Can you consult with them regarding this and see if they can provide us with the exact path for your commands?

Hi there,

Thanks for the credentials. By the way, i tried to manually run this https://bestsingletravel.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=1 and it seems to send those emails accordingly.

May i know if you already consulted your current web hosting service provider regarding this issues? From the look of it, your current commands are wrong and right now, i am not really sure what the correct command for your current web hosting currently.

I have asked them https://stackideas.com/forums/invites-not-being-sent#reply-482770 actually. Can you consult with them regarding this first and see how it goes?

I am still working with godaddy about cronjob

In the meantime when I tried to update I got this error message
Our script has detected an issue with the caching of the SEF on a file and cache has been automatically disabled. Please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible and provide us with the file generated from /media/com_easysocial/cache/45e5d516a83341ca921fe20e61870119-error.php and /home/matzofun/public_html/media/com_easysocial/cache/45e5d516a83341ca921fe20e61870119-errorlog.php.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I am still working with godaddy about cronjob

I think I manage to make your cronjob working now.

For some reason your existing cronjob command is not working, this is what your server return that response :

lynx -source "https://bestsingletravel.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=1" > /dev/null

server response :
-Looking up bestsingletravel.com
-Making HTTPS connection to bestsingletravel.com
- lynx: Can't access startfile https://bestsingletravel.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=1

Then I replace to this following cronjob command then it work fine now.

wget -O /dev/null "https://bestsingletravel.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=1" >/dev/null 2>&1

It seems like that false alarm, may i know are you trying to update your site Easysocial to latest version?
