Integrate EasySocial and EasyBlog

Hi,

I have recently bought the whole pro package, EasySocial, EasyBlog, EasyDiscuss and Komento and have all installed on my site.

I have set up EasySocial to my needs. No new users can subscribe, I have 5 profiles at the moment, and for now, that is enough.

Now, I want those 5 EasySocial profile persons to be able to write blogs, which I want to appear, somewhere, on their EasySocial profile page.

So... they log in to their account, with EasySocial registration/login, which only shows login (I disabled creating accounts)....

how do I get them to be able to write blogs.... they see their EasySocial status bar.... can I add a button Write blog, somewhere? And how do I get them visible on their profile pages for guests of the site?

Can you get me started on this, all the settings are a bit overwhelming, so I am trying to get things done step by step :-)

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have updated the blog app for you, can you give this a try again?

Perhaps you can try follow my below instruction and see is it help? Because I can't access in your Joomla backend page, it keep redirect back to your homepage

STEP 1 : Ensure that you have to install blog app in your Easysocial from backend > Easysocial > application > install > browser the blog installer (download from http://stackideas.com/apps/item/5-blog ) > after installed and go back application listing page > edit the blog apps > set enable/default to YES

STEP 2 : Logged in with your site frontend > you will see the blog filter on your dashboard/profile left sidebar (check my screenshot below.), the user can click the `new post` button on their dashboard and profile page.

And how do I get them visible on their profile pages for guests of the site?

Actually this is depend on what you set the default user privacy from your specific profile type, check my 3rd screenshot below.

thanks for answering, and sorry it took another week, I wasn't able to look at this site last week due to other obligations.

Anyway, I tried installing the application, I downloaded it, but I keep getting an error, it won't install.

Can you help?

I have added my admin url, details from previous post are still valid but I have a hidden admin.
