Hello. I'm trying to upgrade to 1.4 and get error messages on both the launcher and the backend upload methods. You have access via backend--set up through stackideas dashboard. Can you take a look to see what's wrong?

It seems like I hitting this warning when I trying to access your backend Easysocial page :

Can you assign that user account to have Superadmin privileges so I can able to access?

Also, when I try to search for the error in the forum, I get hits but it says I need a subscription, which I have. What's wrong?

I've checked from your license, it seems like you only have Easysocial license which mean that if those discussion post posted on Easysocial category, you can able to access it, but if those discussion post under other categories, the system will not allow you to access it.
