For some reason, the EasyBlog configuration has become corrupted - Javascript's not working and the control panel check for the most up to date version never finishes. (Version 5.0.44 with its associated launcher - Joomla version 3.6.5)

When attempting to reinstall I get the following error flagged: "Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team"

This version works on all my other sites with the same configurations of PHP 7 and hosting platform (Linux) and I have repeated the process around 3 times now with the same result.

Your advice would be appreciated...

.
hey Nick,

Can you try download full installer from your dashboard https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through Joomla installer page and see how it goes?

Try follow our documentation here :

Hi Arlex,

Many thanks for your response...

Yes, that is exactly what I have been doing. I have also uploaded that file into the packages directory using FTP and attempted to install from there with the same result!

Can you update your FTP and stackideas.com site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so I can check on this?

The reason why we need your stackideas.com user login access is because I need to check whether that issue coming from your full installer which you download from your user account.

Hi Arlex,

Many thanks for your response...

Thank you that is much better - what did you need to do? was it a corruption?

One thing seems to be still outstanding - if you try and create a new blog from the front end the editor does not display properly..

See the attached image...

It seems like your template styling conflict with the build-in composer, I've applied some css fix into your JoomlaFolder/templates/dazlious_1v5/css/print.css

div#fd .eb-composer-page-body.eb-editor--jce ul>li:before {
content: none !important;
}

Can you clear your browser cache and see how it goes?
