Inactive Users Mailing.. Happens just once.. or ongoing?

The new inactive users mailing is a great new feature. Just a quick question to help me understand how it works...

Does it trigger just once per user, or multiple times per user for as long as they remain inactive?

So if I set it to "1 Month", I know the mails go out once a user hits the 1 month of inactivity... but then if that person remains inactive for another month, do they receive another reminder at the month 2 mark?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. If the reminder was already sent to the user once, it will not send it again. In short, it only sends once

OK thanks for clarifying that Mark.

I wonder if it would be too complex to enable an admin 'reset' of this.... so that, left alone, it would just send the inactive email once... but admin had to power to 'reset' the send history, so that it could get re-sent out for people that remain inactive. Some people need a reminder of the reminder! I'll add this to Voices as a feature consideration.

I think it should be fairly simple considering that we now have a "column" that remembers the state if the reminders was already sent. We'll see if we can add this in the future. Right now, our priority is to get all the back logged forum issues sorted out first

Thanks Mark. Understood and good to know it could be possible. Appreciate it's a minor feature amongst all the other awesome-ness that's going on!
