Is there a way to import blog hits from our live site to our beta site?
I think it would be best is migrate all the #__easyblog_xx table from live site to your beta site database.

Because some of the table will associated it together.

You can read more our documentation here how to proceed this migration.

Is there a way to transfer the blog hits only? We have already transferred the blog posts, category, tags, etc...

There is no other way around to transfer this quickly for blog 'hits' data only unless you manually work on this.

By the way, this is the table which use to stored this blog 'hits';

#__easyblog_posts - `hits` column
#__easyblog_revisions - `content` column (inside the JSON data)
