I need a latest manual for Amazon setup.

The bellow manual is old.

Because present Amazon Console is so difference from the above...
So, I can not understand what we should do to setup.

Could you please teach me the step?

I could get the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key.

By the way,
What does "Transfer limit" of setting page mean exactly?

Preset number is 10.
That is enough!?
What does 10 mean?
