Hello,

I have a mistake in the registration process. Registration on the site is done with easysocial and payplans. I put by default the profile "DISCOVERY: CLOUD 8 Go + A coupon accesses free plans in easysocial".

User profiles are not properly associated with offers in payplans.

How do plans in payplans map user profiles correctly?

Example: Currently, a user has with the free offer (DISCOVERY: CLOUD 8 GB + A coupon accesses free plans) it is a paid offer that is associated with it free (Open: CLOUD 15 GB + A coupon Access free tips) View the invoice.

The problem is that the free offer is valid for 1 month and that the open offer is valid for 9 months.

Can you help me resolve this problem please?
How do I make sure that the offers are correctly assigned to user profiles?

Hi Georges,
I am not familiar with how Payplan's free offer work so I could not provide any solid advice here. Can you consult with Payplan instead? They are more familiar with this and the profile mapping as well since they developed it.
