The TinyMCE editor can accept the HTML content, you can check my attached screenshot below.

But the thing is the current Easysocial group/event/page description field will never trigger this "onContentPrepare" Joomla event to generate a module on the description output.

In other words, when you add this syntax code {loadmoduleid 11} into the description field, it will display the original syntax code on the frontend.

You can do something in this file JoomlaFolder/media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/group/description/description.php under onDisplay method.
