I have now spotted the problem.... Our Cron job has been failing so users have not had emails confirming their subscriptions. I have now fixed the cron job..
This leads me to another question.

Is it possible to import subscribers who are already registered on our web site?
We only give access to Easyblog to our members (registered users).
I want a quick way to make sure they are all subscribed to site postings.

Also can you give me your country so I can change our firewall settings?

Yes, that is possible, because that import subscriber system only check for the csv file and the existing subscriber.

By the way, it would be best if you can start a new thread for those different question so it would help other moderator here easy to follow up your current question.
