And I want to put an bachground pic to this page and if possible make the login form a bit smaller and cebtrelize on the screen.

But you can modify from this file -> JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\dashboard\default.guests.login.php

Login pop up ->JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\login\dialog.login.php

The rest of login page -> JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\login\default.php
