How to manage mulilanguage categories?

Hello,

We want to know how manage categories for multilanguage site.

We can see that it is possible to configure a language on a determinate category, but, in the Post Editor we can see the categories of all languages. Even if the language is selected for the current post.

How can we manage the categories in order to facilitate to pick them on the Post Editor?

May I suggest enabling this setting if you have not already done so? http://take.ms/n87kD

How this setting works is that it will check if you have Joomla's language filter plugin enabled and if you are not a super user, then it will exclude categories that do not match the site language: http://take.ms/INKXv

Note: The default category will always show in the composer, so it would be best for you to set the default category to use 'All' language.
