How to find list of rejected users

Hi guys

We rejected a users application that we shouldn't have, so we are looking to see whether there is a list anywhere of rejected users? As the user has tried to re sign up but it isn't working... maybe her email is now being rejected as its the same email/details being used from the user we originally rejected.

Could you help us locate this please?

Hi,

I'm not sure what they do, I think they delete them from the site as I cannot see any rejected users in the 'pending' area. However, if someone who gets rejected tries to sign up again why is it not working? Is there a list of parameters somewhere that says 'reject this user' etc. if so, how do we edit those?

Hi there,

Not sure how to replicate this currently as those users should be able to register on the site as long as those moderations already deleted on your site.

Maybe you can check them on your database on this table "#__social_users' and see their state as you can see here https://take.ms/HjX1w. Delete them and see if you can register them again.

If dont have, can you provide us with those details so that we can try to further check this issues.
