Hello,

I followed your instructions as per this link https://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/templating/overrides-email-logo to change email template for easydiscuss. See my attached screenshot showing the override path. How, when I send a question, EasyDiscuss logo still persist. See screenshot attached. What am I missing or is there another way to fix this issue?

Can you update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

I have tested this on your test site but I am unable to reproduce the issue.

From the screenshots, you can see that the logo used is correct. Am I missing something here?

What is strange is when I go to my desktop Gmail account, I get the correct logo but when I log into my mobile phone Gmail account, I get EasyDiscuss logo. Is this the behavior? Can you check your mobile phone email and see if you are getting the correct logo?

Sorry to trouble you about this but if you are getting all the correct results, then that's okay.

That's not right. You should see the same logo in the same email on desktop and mobile.

Unfortunately, I am not able to replicate the issue. I have tested this in my phone's gmail app and the logo is showing correctly(http://take.ms/sS1ukt).
