I am trying to figure out what is the Verification and how Users can self-verify... unfortunately the online documentation for Users contains an older screenshot that does not encompass Verification:
https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/users/introduction
Unfortunately that is not possible to self-verify regarding this feature.

What this feature does is lets people know that your account is authentic and credible. This request is subject to approval from the site owners.

Or you can disable this feature if you do not need this, you can disable it from backend > Easysocial > setting > users > general > Allow User To Request For Verification

Hope this will help.

Hi Stefano,

Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:
I
am trying to figure out what is the Verification and how Users can self-verify...

Verification is actually an identification (verified badge) as the user is public figures, celebrities, brands and official organization in your social site.
Correct me if I am wrong, do you mean, if user register, you want your user automatically get verified badge (verification) yes?
If yes, you can set it in your profile type by go to easysocial backend>users>profile type>choose profile type>general tab>enable Set Users as Verified Automatically as shown https://take.ms/hnlro

unfortunately the online documentation for Users contains an older screenshot that does not encompass Verification:

I have informed to our person in charge regarding olds screenshot and verification documentation. As I already create ticket for this, they will update it

Hope this helps
