Hello

In the ES dashboard, I can see the nb of new members, etc. but I would like to see the 'activity number' of my community during a period of time : for instance, how many messages written by the users, how many Groups created, etc. per month/weeks/days

Should I create SQL requests for that or do we have these reports in standard?

TIA
Henri
Hey there,

I am really sorry but unfortunately we cannot accommodate your request currently as it is beyond our support scope's policy as outlined in https://stackideas.com/support

Having said that, if you require us to perform the customization for you, you can always request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations" . Our sales person would be glad to send you a quote for the customizations that you have requested.

Hello Warith

I do not agree with your answer.

My question was about the existing features that our products have today to track the activity of my community the time being, ie. per year, month, weeks.

I expect from you that you say
- yes, we have this & that
- OR no, there is no way to track it today
- OR no, but you can write some SQL request using these tables for instance

Requesting a quote for a customization, as you suggested, in the last option ... for the moment, what I need is product support.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

In order to achieve this, you will required to do some modifications on cores files and it is it is beyond our support scope's policy as outlined in https://stackideas.com/support

And yes, you will need to change those sql queries in order to achieve this. Thanks for your understanding.
