Hi Stackideas

I can hardly contain my excitement that you guys have made a Hikashop Plugin/App.

Do you have a demo of this any where!?!

Any documentation?

As far as I can tell from the Easy Social Side of things it works like this:

  • User (Seller) XYZ logs in
  • Goes to their stream
  • Adds product ABC (using the Hika Shop App/plugin)

How do people who are visiting my site (for e.g. very first time) find products?

Once they have found them I guess it work like this?

  • User (Customer) Attempts to purchase
  • Told to login
  • Logs in!
  • Purchases product via Hikashop/App/Plugin...
  • Have access to product

Once a user (Customer) has bought products ABC, DEF etc

  • Can they access the products from their ES Profile?

all the best

Paul
Hello Paul,

The first version of the app introduces basic functionality which is:

1. List products that you are selling on your profile

2. Create products through the story form in EasySocial

3. When a product is created from Hikashop, a stream item would then be generated on the site.

4. When a person purchases an item (via Hikashop), a stream item would also be generated so that it would get the community more engaged.

You can view the screen shots on https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3378-hikashop-app . We do not have a demo as of yet, we'll try to setup a demo site soon.

Hi Mark

Yes I saw the App in the App store. Thanks.
Can you consider hooking this up with groups?

We are mainly experimenting with user profiles currently. I believe we could in the future link a "vendor" on Hikamarket with a group / page
