Unfortunately, it's not possible to achieve this on current Easysocial version.

Having said that, it would best if you could submit your feature request regarding this simply by creating a new ticket on the forums, and set it to "Feature Request" so everyone else on the site could vote for it as well. The team will usually prioritize features that are in popular demand during the development process of the next major release.

I think you should also look into this post https://stackideas.com/forums/view-certain-profile-fields-types-with-permission-restrictions that could be extended for broader usage.

I also would like that to be restricted to certain profile fields for users profiles (groups etc) so that you can only see certain profile fields (custom etc too) if you belong to a certain profile group. So then you can create a system where your restrict certain users groups to see certain users/groups and/or certain profile fields from certain user groups/users.

Hope you understand what I mean. Could be good if using this for Intranet and with Payplans set ups.
