help with conversekit links

Hi Team,

i am using the conversekit chat. I would like to know how I could open a message via link. Meaning: A user receives a notification mail that another user send him a message. In the email, there is a link to the conversation. If the user opens the link, the user should go to the homepage and the conversekit chat window with the respective chat of the two users should open.

I did not understand how conversekit uses URLs. Can you help me with this?

Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately it is not possible at this point of time, where the conversation link in the email will redirect to the conversation page instead of opening conversekit.

Can you explain what the priorization status is right now? Is it a ticket that a developer will start soon to work on? Or what is the expected ETA.

This feature will be included in EasySocial version 3 where our developers was start to work on this milestone in parallel with bug fixes for Payplan 4. Unfortunately, we do not have expected ETA for this Marvin
Surely, I will inform you once our developer push this feature into our repository
