What is the best way to search hashtag / News Feed items?

I see that hashtags hyperlink and I can click them to search, but how can I search a hashtag or news feed item if it's not already displaying and hyperlinked? (Screen shot attached)

**Also, I'm planning to purchase your EasySocial app. Am I able to search hashtags / newsfeed items, etc in the app?

You can type the '#' symbol in the story form then enter your keyword to search for hashtags that were already created: http://take.ms/RVeCW

I do not recall any app that allows hashtags search since its already possible in the story form. By the way, may I know which app you are referring to? Perhaps a link?

Search - My impulse is to search all stream items in the docker search bar. Will that every be able to search newsfeed words and hashtags?

EasySocial app - Apologies, I thought this was developed by Stack Ideas. It is developed by App Carvers. Do you recommend it for a mobile app for EasySocial + Joomla content?

Hey Meagan,

The search bar in EasySocial doesn't search for hashtags. It's currently only for objects like user, videos, photos, groups, events that resides on EasySocial.

As for the app, I would strongly suggest that you give their app a try first and if you have inquiries, get in touch with the team with App Carvers first.
