No, what I meant was ... if I edit a page text "has been updated — " apeers in the timeline.

So if edited for 4 times this text appers for 4 times whcih I don't want ...

If you do not want the activity stream to be generated when a page is updated, you may edit the "Page" app and disable it in the settings as you can see from my video here, https://take.ms/2eMrlI

I have already done this for you but if you want to turn this off for groups and events, you may do it similarly
