I have a slight issue with google maps... it is not showing a map but IS capturing the location properly. Can you log in and take a look please?
It's on the registration pages.
Hi there,

It seems that i hit this error when using locations on your site
The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/static_maps_backend?project=_

You have to make sure that you have activated your key in order to use this Feature as you can refer here https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/configuration/location-services-settings and enable one more key that is Google Statics Maps api key also.

If problems still perssit, can you provide us with your permission on this email, warith@stackideas.com, to access your Google API key. Please advice.

Hi there,

I tested this and it seems that currently your locations services working perfectly as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/QMZL1RdEW6. I suspected maybe got some cache issues on your site. Can you try to clear your browser cache and site cache and see how it goes

I cleared the cache in my browser and website, and also tried using a different browser, as well as my iPhone and on page https://americanarmigers.us/community/subscribe/steps/1 I do not see a map - just a design. Like I said - it DOES detect the location so I suppose as far as functionality - it is working. It's just strange that the map doesn't show up.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I did try in my phone device and desktop Chrome browser, it did show the location map when I select the map selection, you can check my attached screenshot below.

By the way, can you try in Chrome browser and click inspect element (choose console tab), you can refer on my screenshot here ( https://www.screencast.com/t/nhCYQVlJ ) how to open it, after that click on the auto detect button from the map and select one of the map, and see whether there got populate any error on console area?
