It seems that your API key is not activated yet, as i hit this when using locations service on your site

The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/static_maps_backend?project=_

Maybe your API key is not activated yet, maybe you can follow this docs https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/configuration/location-services-settings on which API key should activated (need to activate Google Static Maps API also).

Please give it a try and see how it goes
