GIF popup opens on top of page

Hello. I used iPhone / MacOS with Safari.
1) open dashboard
2) scroll down page
3) chose any post and press GIF button in comment field
Result: looks like nothing happens. But in fact: Popup with GIF opens in top of page (need scroll to top to see it).

It appears that the issue is caused by this translation.


COM_ES_GIPHY_GIFS_SEARCH="Поиск GIF'ок..."
When I remove the single quote(Поиск GIF ок...), the issue does not occur.

I would suggest that you use a translation for this language constant without the single quote.

I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you try this on several browsers(Chrome, Firefox) as well and record a video of the issue?

Hello. Seems problem appear only if login as user with Russian language settings (for example “demo/demo”).

Right now I'm concerned — how to find mistake in big Russian language ini file (if it really cause the problem). And what kind of mistake should I search for. Missed “ ?
