Hello Stackideas Team,

there are some font preferences in original helix ultimate, and i cant find them in charm template preferences. There has been a thread about this and about boxed layout, but i cant even find this thread anymore. Boxed layout is back in charm, this is great. What about missing font configurations?

Thank you and best regards, Macjoomla
Hi there,

This issue is already address by Andy here: https://stackideas.com/forums/charm-template-errors#reply-402025
Where our developer has answer it:
Regarding template typography, the reason why we've removed it is because this template was designed to use Karla and Meddon fonts. It suits this template very well by making the template looks elegant.

Hello Muhammad,

thank you for your fast answer. So you are going to reactivate some functions like "boxed layout", but will not reactivate preferences for fontstyles and sizes, definitely? This would be a pitty and it would be a good idea to overthink this, because this leads user in wrong direction, when they buy the template, and think they can use all helix ultimate features…

The fonts you are using are looking elegant, but why not let the user decide, what he likes more?

Thank you and best regards, Macjoomla

Hi there,

Thanks for your insight and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Typography was removed from Charm template because it cannot function as a global setting. Hence, by removing this option, we can minimize the confusion and misunderstanding in the later future.

However, you can always use css override to restyle the fonts.

Hope this help.

Hello Mohd,

thank you for your answer. If i was a CSS-King, i would not have need to buy a helix ultimate driven template

Best regards, Macjoomla
