Hi, I have a question regarding to user registration: When a user get register, receives an email with username and password, but this password is generating automatically by the system and is too long (strong) like this one: f4e19968db89fa40bda8a8286017d506, it is possible to make the password with fewer characters? can I change it from payplans config or joomla admin panel?

Is for the same site you work in the ticket previousley.

Thanks
Is it possible for you to forward that email to me? arlex.wong@stackideas.com

Because i would like to see that email content is it generated from Payplans or Joomla itself.

Hm, after figure out long hour ago, it seems like this long password also done by your customisation on the site.

If you would like to modify it, you can modify on this file, this is the code you or your site developer added this before.

JoomlaFolder/plugins/payplans/oneclickcheckout/oneclickcheckout/invoice.php

I am really sorry but unfortunately we cannot accommodate your request currently as it is beyond our support scope's policy as outlined in https://stackideas.com/support

Thanks for understanding.
