Event Announcement Title String Error

When posting an announcement in an event, it looks like the language string is missing for "APP_EVENT_NEWS_USER_POSTED_NEW_NEWS" in both the notification section (see attached image) and also for the email that's sent to users attending the event.

Creating a custom language override for "APP_EVENT_NEWS_USER_POSTED_NEW_NEWS" will fix the issue in the short-term.

APP_EVENT_NEWS_USER_POSTED_NEW_NEWS="{b}%1$s{/b} posted an announcement in {b}%2$s{/b}"
