What is the difference with this "new" App in which have to insert 3 tax rates instead of 2 in the previous App?
Hey Supporter,

What is the difference with this "new" App in which have to insert 3 tax rates instead of 2 in the previous App?
In this new app, you can define 3 taxes personal, B2B, B2C.
1. Individual Tax (Personal Tax)
2. Company Without Vat Number (B2C)
3. Company with Vat number (B2B)

So here you can define the 3 taxes as per your requirement personal tax, tax when entering company name only, and tax when company name and vat number are entered.

Let me know if you have any confusions.

Do you have a user case example when this new option has a purpose?
Personal and B2C are the same...

Hi Manisha, that post has nothing related to this topic

What is "Company Without Vat Number (B2C)" a company has a vat N° otherwise it is not a company

What is "Individual Tax (Personal Tax)"? that is selling to an individual and that is B2C... so exactly the same as "Company Without Vat Number (B2C)"

I do not understand your logic here...
- Individual Tax (Personal Tax)
- Company Without Vat Number (B2C)
These 2 are exactly the same, they must follow the same taxable workflow because "company" without tax ID does not exist.
If you don't have a VAT number then you are a simple customer (B2C)
I do not understand where you found the information about a " company without tax id" ???

Hey Supporter,

Actually, the case was that earlier in PayPlans there 2 taxes only, personal tax and Business tax which is applicable when the user will fill vat number as well as the company.

For that user, he wants to offer 2 types of business tax B2B and B2C, B2C is not the same as personal tax in that case.
So there are 2 business taxes introduced, business tax when the user fills only the company name, o vat id is required and another one which requires vat id with the company name, in that case, different taxes need to apply.

As mentioned here: https://stackideas.com/forums/tax-identification-id-missing-feature-for-eu-b2b-invoicing#reply-541513
Even Hikashop also allows this configuration, We need to introduce this new business tax to solve the problem where vat id is not required and the company name is there, so in that case, a different business tax needs to apply which is not the same as personal tax.

If in your case B2C and personal tax both are the same then don't need to set the business tax without vat id, in that case, the personal tax will be applied when vat id is not there.

Hope this is clear.
