Actually PAGE is quite similar with the group, the different is :

GROUP - Most of the people use for discuss within the group member, so for the group can allow user to join.

PAGE - Most of the people use for sharing or promote their stuff, so for this PAGE can only allow user to LIKE.

Do you think it would be possible to get Pages linked to jReviews listings. So that if a new listing is created we could automatically (or as an option0 also add a Page for them in the Community? That would be awesome.

I think you should consult with jReview developer regarding this.
