Team,

We updated the mobile template we use, however, we have now gotten report from some users advising they are unable to login on the following browsers:

iPhone's Safari: We have multiple reports of invalid tokens. We have advised to refresh browsers but we are told this does not fix the issue. We seem to be able to replica on our end too.

You will notice when you click on "Get Started" and "I forgot my password" it simply loops redirects to homepage on Safari browsers (We tested using iPhone 7s)

Google chrome: We have had a few reports of newsfeed not loading occasionally but looping unending. We seem to be able to replicate this too.

Can you please advise.

Thank you
Hi there,

There are no issue on my end as you can see on attached videos. It might be caused by your browser cache. Can you try to clear them and see how it goes.

Hello Team,

Have we been able to fix the issue here?

As you know this is a major incident for us considering users are unable to login with some browsers, and are having issues with others.

It will be great if you can help with a quick resolution

Thanks

Hi there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It seems that there are issues on our end as this issues persisted only on Safari browser. I have applied those fixes and it should works fine now. You will need to ask them to clear their browser cache first as you can refer here https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/iphone/clear-cache-iphone-3609079/

Can you give it a check and see how it goes.

Thanks Abdul.

Safari seems fine now.

However, just to let you know we are still experiencing issues with Google chrome. It allows users login but it continues attempting to load the newsfeed unending with no success. You can navigate to other pages and back but it does loop on the newsfeed
