Hellooooooo,

Just a question about ES emails send. As you can see in attached picture, I have overwrited the "easysocial" logo by my own logo. But everytime I update ES to the latest version, the ES logo overwrite MY logo. NOT a probleme, but I can save my time if I don't need to re-upload everytime my logo located here :

My question: is there a way where I can to define / set my logo ?

Then, I currently CHMOD the logo by CHMOD 444, do you think it solve the probleme ?

Thanks for answer.

Don't think I don't love Stackideas... but... the registred members of my (futur) site will asked "what is Easysocial"

Love,

Best Regards,

Yann Anderson
You should override that email logo from your current template e.g. echo

JoomlaFolder/templates/echo/html/com_easysocial/emails/logo.png

Hi Arlex,

I have done exactly that, and it worked in the past. However, emails display the Easysocial logo again eventhough I have my custom logo located in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/images/emails/logo.png. How come?

See here: http://hilverportal.nl/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/images/emails/logo.png

EDIT: It works after I reupload the image. I think it must be possible to permanently change this image even after updates...

Hm, it seems like you misunderstand how the template override work.

Try my instruction below and see is it can help?

1. Copy your logo image file
2. Put into this file location -> JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplateFolder/html/com_easysocial/emails/..

Note : For those new folder you have to manually create it.
