Hello,

I have just got a new membership, and having error installing PayPlans version 3.5.5.
Also, the installation prevented me use my previews version 3.5.1(that disappear from the menu and clicking on its links on the frontend trows a 404 error), what is DAMAGING my business.

I tried first to update via Joomla updated, but it seams to search for the old Readybytes website.
I tried following instructions on the dashboard page of your site:
Installing 3.5.5 package gives me "Error while processing task: download".
Installing 3.6.3 package directly give me "Some fatal error occured!" (images attached)

Have cleared cache several times between one installation and another.
Have checked chmode of files/directories and they are ok.

Please need help and instructions what to do ASAP

Thank you

Hi Manisha,

I will need authorization to share passwords this time, so please send me instructions on what to do and I'll try to do it myself.
Also, the forum is full of threads with this same subject, and if you guys just had posted a solution and an explanation on what's going on with your installer in one of them maybe I could have been able to solve the problem yesterday instead of needing to ask you guys to do it for me now near the border of your off time (you are 10 hours ahead me).

Please help me asap

Thanks in advanced

Hi Manisha,

I've updated the original post with the access credentials.
I will still need to know what you've being doing because I have another website on a identical environment and my guess is that I will have the same problem trying to update PayPlans there. So, give me instructions on what to do in order to avoid down time there.

Thank you in advanced

Hello Adriana,

I already helped you to install Payplans 3.6.3 at your site.

On your other site, first install payplans to 3.5.5 version then upgrade to 3.6.3.
If you still face any difficulty then update me.

Migration file {/home/amantes/public_html/administrator/components/com_ppinstaller/models/migrate/3.5.php} doest not exist. Please contact to PayPlans support Team .

MAIN PROBLEM: After that, PayPlans disappears, meaning for me I can't sell anymore. No way to come back to previews version.

Please, if you can give me any suggestions on how to avoid this problem when installing it on my running website to prevent downtime of this one.

Thank you
