Hello,

I am having few technical challenges with PayPal again. This time, new PayPal users follow all instruction of Credit Card option but after that moment, there is no notification or activation of plan.

After several hours (24-48hrs) of attempt, they report to us that the money has been finally deducted from their card. The same reflects on our account but plan remain unactivated.

The only corresponding evidence is this message below received as the site admin.

Is there any possible solution to fix this?
Hello,

The issue is coming due to invalid paypal receiver. This issue is already fixed , i have updated on your site also.
Please try to complete one more payment and update me if still issue persist.

Hey Danny,

I've checked this issue at site you mentioned in above reply. But i didn't see any transaction or error log related to paypal.
Also you are using latest version of paypal app , so that issue will not occur. Can you please try to do one more payment and update me if still issue occurred.

I've checked your mentioned site but didn't see any error log and transaction related to paypal recently.
see attached screen shot.

Can you please try to do one more payment , so i'll be ab;e to check this issue.

Hello Danny,

I've tried to access admin area of site but it now working. For now to resolve this issue find attached file and replace this file with path shown below.
root/plugins/payplans/paypal/paypal/app/paypal/paypal.php

Also it seems like you are requesting support for http://www.esssmallbusiness.com.au but your licensed domain is http://essbiztooles.com.au. Please understand that Pro versions only entitles you to support for 1 domain only.

Update us if you have any query.

Thank you for that, I replaced the file and tested and everything works fine now.

Also the issue was happening on the http://essbiztooles.com.au site as well as they are mirrored site under the same company I just hadn't setup all the testing on http://essbiztooles.com.au site as yet. Still thank you for doing the support on that domain.
