Error cron task

Hello,
I received email (10 by day) about an error cron task and I don't know how to fix it:

A cron task was failed, http://lovelybibi.fr/index.php?option=com_komento&task=cron crashed when we tried to run it. Error (php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known) - (0)

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Tried to manually run them and seems to works fine as you can see here http://take.ms/FCmq8. May i know exactly to replicate this issues? Can you provide us with more details so that we can further check them.

Please advice.
