Hello Mark or Arlex,
First, I sent a contact message to upgrade my plan to a pro account using the coupon code, so that I can add the domain thebolopodcast.com onto my supported sites. I know you will need me to upgrade before helping me with too much info, however, I am having a problem with EasyBlog and I have to publish the post with the podcast recording that is going live tomorrow.

It seems when I try to add the HTML block into the article, it does not appear. I've tried several times, and now I have a collection of grey boxes where you can add the block to the article, but there is no block when you drop it. I have experienced this on two articles now. Also, I had the block embedded in the template prior to starting the article.

Can you steer me in troubleshooting until I can upgrade the account? Im just waiting on Mark's response to my other message.

Thank you,
Mike
Hello Mike,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here. Can you please attach the codes that you are trying to insert in a text file here so that we can have a look at this?

Mark,

I am going to replicate this site on a staging/test site so we can test "off line." When I do this, I will let you know so we can work on this problem. Thanks!

Hey there,

This problem keeps on surfacing. As you can see from the video, every time you try to add HTML block, it just creates more blank spots. Please help.

Hi Mike,

I've access the blog post and saw there is a few empty html blocks https://www.screencast.com/t/uTzI4CsR7wf
Perhaps, can you give us the code that you want to insert in the html code, so we can try to replicate it

Hi Muhammad,

I have replicated the site onto http://thebolotesting.cloudaccess.host/ so you can determine what the problem is without interfering with our live site. The HTML code is

<iframe style="border: none" src="//html5-player.libsyn.com/embed/episode/id/5077020/height/90/width/900/theme/custom/autonext/no/thumbnail/yes/autoplay/no/preload/no/no_addthis/no/direction/backward/no-cache/true/render-playlist/no/custom-color/3a5aa9/" height="90" width="900" scrolling="no" allowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen oallowfullscreen msallowfullscreen></iframe>

Hi Mike,

Thanks for providing us with your test site
Seems like this issue is only happen on the 'New Podcast Template' as you insert the html block by clicking the block into the composer in doesn't shows the block properly (actually the block is there, but the block text ' Enter your custom HTML codes in this section ...' was not shows inside the html block)
Where you can manually select the html block in the block tab: https://www.screencast.com/t/K5sviabN
I've try to replicate this issue locally same as your 'New Podcast Template', unfortunately I cannot reproduce it.
However, there is workaround on this where, you can drag the html block into the composer instead of clicking and select the position.
refer this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/0q6HvU3k
Please give it a try.
